Todays Squats felt awesome damn I could have done at least 100 lbs more. I felt explosive and powerful. It was weird looking at the weight thou, because there wasn't much "free weight" on the bar but the bar was defiantly bending quite a bit from the bands.
Leg exstentions and Leg curls
4 sets of 15 reps each with the stack..
