Today was another bench day.. so this is how it went

Bench

315 x 6
405 x 3 to 1 board
Put bench shirt on
495 x 3 to 2 board
585 x 3 to 2 board
605 x 3 to 1 board
605 x 3 to 1 board
605 x 3 to 1 board
605 x 3 to 1 board
625 x 3 to 1 board
635 x 3 to 1 board
laying pull ups to chest 3 sets of 10 reps
wood chops with sledge hammer on big tire
so all the sets felt pretty easy and work out was awesome!
