Ok so we did legs today but Didn't do back squats as we have been doing them for the last 2 months so we just did something different today..
Sled Leg Press ( counting the sled it self as 45 lbs thou i know its probly about 120 or so lbs.. but just to keep the weights easy to keep track of I count it as 45 lbs )

1315 x 6 ( 1125 plus 190 lbs girl sitting on it )
Cybex Leg Pres ( isolate top of the quad a bit more )

Leg exstentions
285 x 12 for 5 sets ( whole stack )
Leg Curls
285 x 12 for 5 sets ( whole stack )
inner and outter thigh's ( thou's girl machines you see in gyms )
4 sets each with 190 lbs for 15 reps each ( whole stack )
then I finished off with 15 min of abs
thats it...
