Monday - Back Day
Started off with dead lifts and kept it simple with speed pulls today
10 sets of 5 reps with 225 - simple huh - Felt Like I could power Clean these without to much trouble.
then we did Reverse Hypers for about 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps
then onto a few diffrent pulls, Cable pull downs, seated rows, crock rows
then we finished with some shoulder work
Tuesday - Speed Bench Press
I backed off a bit today more than I normally would but I can feel my body is still recovering from the 700 lbs day on sat.

Add Doubled up red bands from floor
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 6 plus bands
135 x 20
Dumbbell flat bench Press
8 sets of 85 lbs dumbbells for 8 to 12 reps
and about an hour of these
Kennelly tricep press
cable press downs forward and reverse grip
skull crushers
