Benching

Max effort bench day

I wore my 2 ply apex shirt today.. for some reason I have a lot of balance and stability issues in that shirt.. for some reason I always feel like I have better control in my super katana.. not sure why...

765 x 1 ( felt very sloppy with this.... )I didnt have the best hand off as chris isn't use to where I want it. so I ended up with a lot more weight to early and struggled just not to dump it in my face.. kinda scarry thought with 765 lbs haha good thing there is face gaurds and safty rack too on the bench... reguardless they gave me a good spot..

bench with deadlift bar that flexs more with 95 lbs plus about 110 lbs of keddel bells haning from bands from the ends.. very bouncy.. did this with close grip

3 sets x 10 reps

video coming later of the whole bench session with a bunch of people..

Plus tamara had a huge PR today..

she went full range in her shirt and nailed 205 for 2 reps and then came back and got another set for 3 reps.. she tryed 225 but somthing felt off at the bottom and had me take it but I think she should be able to press that. I think if she tryed it again right there she would have got it..
