Deadlifting at a new place today..

Rack Pull dead lifts today..

So today we focused on the top half of our dead lift

All sets were done raw, no suits at all..

Block dead lifts/ rack pulls from below knee

deads from the floor

Close grip lat pull downs
3 sets of 8 reps with 4 plates

Reverse Hypers
3 sets of 8 reps with 190 lbs

Kroc Rows
130's for 4 sets of 8 reps

Dead Lifts from floor
